O Hoamatle

This summer was essentially Portuguese but we spent one week in Autria (after visiting our dear friends Moni, Christian and little Eric in Zuerich, which we discovered and loved!). The occasion was the European celebration on Stephanie and Esben's wedding, for all those who couldn't come to Singapore in May.

The location - Rud-Alpe in Lech of course :-) ! The party was a bit smaller but very joyful and happy. The week aslo gave us the opportunity of going mountain climbing and grilling in family. I enjoyed it very much and wish we could do this at least once a year!

White Wedding

After our "Asia Tour', we stopped in Singapore for 10 days to attend Stephanie and Esben's wedding.

On the 17th of May, family (too little) and friends gathered in the Botanic Gardens to celebrate the wedding among flowers and a lushious vegetation. The moment was very emotional as Stephanie and Esben seemed so happy.

After the ceremony, the newly wed invited us for a somptuous lunch at "Le Jardin des Amis" a secluded and reffined restaurant in the Gardens.

Everyone could then spend the afternoon at leisure (I went to the hairdresser!) before the party at their house in the evening. Miguel and I played the hosts until Stephanie and Esben arrived, which allowed us to meet all of the newly wed's friends. Approximately 50 people gathered from everywhere around the world and we had a jolly pleasant evening!

We wish the couple decades of happiness, joy and bliss!!! Hoch, hoch, hoch!!!
